Sorry I don't have a lot of time this week, so my e-mail will be short!
Main miracles this week:
Mari san accepted the Word of Wisdom with no problem; the only concern she had was with coffee but she said she wants to stop drinking it and so far she has been perfect at folllowing the Word of Wisdom! She is progressing perfectly for her baptism on the 22nd of May! Please keep her in your prayers.
We visited a new investigator, Akane chan, that we found last transfer and taught her two lessons this week! She said yes to baptism and as soon as we can meet with her again, we plan on setting a specific date. She just started a job and is super busy, so pray that we will be able to meet with her again soon! She is only 15 and her dad said that we could teach her, but we need his permission for her to get baptized. We don't want to move on until we have permission, so we are praying that all goes well!
So last week on the street we met a 21 year old girl named Mihara. She is in her first year of college and is studying Economics. She actually showed up to the first lesson that we had at the church and said that she had read 25 pages from the Book of Mormon; we had only asked her to read the intro! Anyway, we were able to give her a church tour, show her the baptismal font, and we taught her a lesson about God, Jesus Christ and baptism. She said that her heart became warm during the lesson and she said yes to the baptismal invite!! She is also super busy so we can't meet for another two weeks, but we are excited to set a date with her too. She also came to church yesterday and stayed for a meal that we had afterwards. She became really good friends with one of the members and is just a golden investigator. She is amazing and please pray for her, too!
This week was crazy busy but it was so fun! I love this work so much! Lately I've really been appreciating personal study in the mornings. The Book of Mormon has so much power and reading it really can affect your whole day! I know the Book of Mormon is true! I love you all and pray for you!
